Our air unit has not been cooling off and on for the last six weeks. Our a/c man has been out several times after discovering a leak in the evaporator, and after his last visit, two days later, on Friday night, the unit stopped cooling again. Went on line Saturday to find a full service heating and air company that was convenient to Keystone and provided service 7 days a week. I called your number Saturday evening, explained our situation. On Sunday morning at 8:00 AM received a call from Justin. He was very professional and arrived within an hour. Your company also e-mailed me that Justin was on his way and enclosed his picture. We showed him where everything was and he went about methodically troubleshooting to locate the problem. As a result of his professionalism and knowledge he was able to locate our problem and a few others. He described to us in a comprehensive manner what our problems were and how he intended to solve them and an estimated cost. He also explained your semi-annual maintenance program which we enthusiastically signed up for. We look forward to doing business with your company and request Justin as our Service Technician on a permanent basis. It is good to know that there are companies out there that offer timely and professional service. Thank you for that!

Left message at 7:45 am Monday morning and got a call with in 30 minutes and had a tech here by 9am. It took time to locate the issue, I was given options and then they service the unit at the same time. As long as you pay the annual service agreement, even problem calls are reasonably priced.
